ABOUT US
The Simoni Companies were founded in 1964 by Frank Simoni, a prominent real estate developer operating in the Greater Boston area. Over the course of his career in real estate, he built thousands of homes and eventually transitioned into larger-scale commercial and residential development. Under Frank’s leadership, the Simoni Companies developed and operated apartment buildings, strip malls, office buildings, nursing homes, hotels, and golf course properties throughout Massachusetts.
Today, the Simoni Companies own and operate the portfolio of properties developed by Frank Simoni, while building on his legacy of excellence in real estate construction and management. We specialize in the acquisition and development of properties in Southeastern Massachusetts. As a third-generation family business and members of the community where we operate, we have a long-term investment horizon and work to strengthen the towns where we live and work.
